Hello Peachy!

Good afternoon peeps!

I'm sat here typing this whilst sat at my Mum's in Yorkshire. I brought Emily back after spending two weeks with Simon and I (hence the lack of posts). So I'm spending the weekend at Mum's.

This morning I popped into Samuel Taylors at Embsay to say hello to Dawn (I met her through my blog), a very lovely and talented lady :o)

Today I thought I would show you a little card I did for an earlier issue of Crafts Beautiful.

What you need...

Dies: Labels Eight - Spellbinders; English Roses - Marianne Designs Creatables
Card stock: white, pale green, cream, mid peach, dark peach
Stamp: Chit Chat - Paper Smooches
Ink pad: Aloe Vera Dew Drop Chalk Pad - VersaMagic
Ribbon: pale green
Pearls: white, mid peach, dark peach

What you do...

Cover the bottom half of a 12cm blank with mid peach card. Die cut the second largest label in pale green card and the third largest in white card. With the labels in landscape, layer and fix to the blank so the points are in line with the top of the peach section.

Die cut and assemble three roses in cream, mid peach and dark peach. Attach to the bottom left of the label. Tie a bow in ribbon and stick just above the roses.

Stamp the 'hello' sentiment in Aloe Vera ink on the lower right of the label and add three pearls just above.

There we have it, a simple yet pretty card. I usually scrunch up the roses before assembly to give them a shabby chic look.

Why not pop on over to www.crafts-beautiful.com? There are loads of ideas, projects, inspiration and free downloads!

Before I go, don't forget to post your entries in the Cosmic Colours Challenge, the colours this month are adorable. Click here to take you to the challenge and rules of entry.

Well, I must go for now. Enjoy the rest of your weekend and I'll be back soon. Thanks for dropping by xx
